Beschreibung der Stretchfolie VCI STRETCH<\/h3>\n
Die coextrudierte VCI Stretchfolie erg\u00e4nzt mit dem VCI<\/a><\/strong> Korrosionsschutzsystem. Das Additiv wird w\u00e4hrend der Coextrusionsphase der Folie in die noch geschmolzene Masse eingebracht, sublimiert anschlie\u00dfend den Kunststoff und gew\u00e4hrleistet so den Korrosionsschutz der verpackten Metallteile.<\/p>\n
VCI Stretchfolie wird mit hochwertigen Harzen hergestellt, die es erm\u00f6glichen, hohe Widerstandseigenschaften zu erzielen. Als elastische Folie passt sie sich jeder Form des zu sch\u00fctzenden Objekts an, seien es scharfkantige Profile, Bleche oder beliebig gro\u00dfe Metallgegenst\u00e4nde.<\/p>\n

Die 3 Lagen Stretchfolie bestehen aus:<\/p>\n

Innenschicht: garantiert sofortigen Schutz der zu sch\u00fctzenden Gegenst\u00e4nde.<\/li>\n
Zwischenschicht: dient als Depot f\u00fcr PROPATECH VCI-Molek\u00fcle f\u00fcr Langzeitschutz. Diese Schicht kommt erst zum Einsatz, wenn die innere Schicht ersch\u00f6pft ist.<\/li>\n
\u00c4u\u00dfere Schicht: Sie hat die Funktion einer Barriere gegen atmosph\u00e4rische Einfl\u00fcsse und eine Eind\u00e4mmung der Schutzwirkung. Diese Schicht verhindert, dass sich die PROPATECH VCI-Molek\u00fcle nach au\u00dfen ausbreiten und garantiert, dass sich die Schutzwirkung zu 100 % im Inneren der Verpackung entfaltet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
