With this information you can analyze and locate critical points during the transportation of the product.<br \/>The use of <strong>data logger allows controlling the logistics chain<\/strong>,<strong> detecting if there has been problems during the transportation of products or if the weather conditions have been severe.<\/strong><br \/>Likewise, these devices are used to<strong> inform the recipient of shipments about possible damage to the materials received, allowing immediate inspection of the shipment and locating the damage from the very first moment<\/strong>. This way, corrective actions and claims can be executed more quickly if the product has suffered impacts, vibrations or has been exposed to extreme conditions of temperature, humidity or atmospheric pressure.<br \/>By <strong>monitoring the interior temperature and humidity<\/strong> of containers, the evaluation of the suitability of the packaging system chosen for this transport is facilitated. With the analysis of the data collected by data loggers it is possible to decide if it is necessary to use other systems of different packaging to guarantee the correct conditions of the product once the shipment has been made. De esta manera se pueden ejecutar acciones correctivas y reclamaciones con m\u00e1s rapidez si el producto ha tenido impactos, vibraciones o ha estado expuesto a condiciones extremas de temperatura, humedad o presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica.<\/p><\/div><div style=\"color: #444444;\"><p>Mediante la monitorizaci\u00f3n de la temperatura y humedad interior de contenedores se facilita la evaluaci\u00f3n de la idoneidad del sistema de embalaje elegido para ese transporte. Con el an\u00e1lisis de los datos es posible decidir si es necesario utilizar otros sistemas de embalajes diferentes para garantizar el correcto estado del producto una vez hecho el env\u00edo. A modo de ejemplo, es posible detectar la necesidad de la colocaci\u00f3n de desecantes en el interior del embalaje para garantizar una atm\u00f3sfera sin humedad durante el tr\u00e1nsito de la mercanc\u00eda.<\/p><p>Es un producto que se ha generalizado para su uso como control de la cadena del frio, tanto en alimentaci\u00f3n como en farmacia.<\/p><\/div><div style=\"color: #444444;\">Los dispositivos m\u00e1s avanzados permiten saber en cualquier momento la posici\u00f3n y condiciones a las que est\u00e1 expuesta la mercanc\u00eda. Funciona a trav\u00e9s de un \u00fanico canal. Aprobado por la <a title=\"Food and Drug Administration\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Administraci%C3%B3n_de_Alimentos_y_Medicamentos\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">FDA<\/span><\/a>. Existe la opci\u00f3n Wireless, pudiendo acceder f\u00e1cilmente a los datos grabados gracias al sistema inal\u00e1mbrico.<\/li><li><strong>Trekview H<\/strong>: Registro y monitorizaci\u00f3n de temperatura y humedad a trav\u00e9s de un canal doble. Tambi\u00e9n con la opci\u00f3n Wireless accediendo a los datos de forma inal\u00e1mbrica.<\/li><li><strong>Tempmark 8<\/strong>: Registro de temperaturas por encima de 8\u00baC. Es el producto m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico para monitorizar la cadena del fr\u00edo.<\/li><li><strong>G-View<\/strong>: Permite registrar las fechas y horas en que el l\u00edmite de fuerza G (establecido por el usuario) ha sido superado en los ejes X,Y,Z. Puede registrar los datos para 100 eventos por eje y avisa cada vez que se haya podido producir un da\u00f1o, de forma que sea posible reaccionar de inmediato. Tambi\u00e9n es posible programar por separado los l\u00edmites de impacto independientes en los ejes X, Y y Z. Disponibles en 2 rangos operativos: 10 G-25 Hz y 25 G - 40 Hz. Es necesario para su instalaci\u00f3n un Software del producto. Es el producto Shocklog m\u00e1s sencillo y solo registra impactos.<\/li><li><strong>Shocklog 248<\/strong>: Registra y mide hasta 15 impactos. Es programable y puede tomar datos de temperatura y humedad. No monitoriza vibraciones.
