Description of the Shock watch indicator<\/h3>\n
The RFID shock watch indicator\u00a0 features a radio frequency identification tag that is used to monitor items in the supply chain at all times and detect hidden damage.<\/p>\n
To function properly, a suitable impact threshold has to be chosen for the RFID tag. In doing so, every time an item is scanned by an RFID reader, its status is automatically recorded in the company’s software or warehouse management system.<\/p>\n
With the RFID Shockwatch, a more automated registration of the goods is achieved, rather than being done manually. This shock watch indicator allows for faster supply chain and damage detection, reducing damage by up to 40-60%. Consequently, it helps to reduce repairs and delays.<\/p>\n
