Sercalia is expanding its catalogue with eco-friendly desiccants made from kraft paper and natural bentonite, available in multiple formats, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable, plastic-free packaging.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sercalia has announced the extension of its portfolio with a new line of <\/span>eco-desiccants<\/b> designed to meet the needs and demands of various industrial sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n

This new range includes solutions made with <\/span>natural bentonite<\/b> and packed in <\/span>plastic-free kraft paper<\/b>, available in different weight formats: <\/span>2g, 6g, 17g, 33g, and 66g<\/b>, enabling greater flexibility depending on the packaging volume and the required <\/span>moisture absorption<\/b> level.<\/span><\/p>\n

These Micro-Pack Dri Clay\u00ae Kraft desiccant sachets<\/strong><\/a> are manufactured without chemical additives and with low environmental impact processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Traditionally, industrial desiccants have been made from synthetic materials such as silica gel, which require chemically intensive, water\u2011heavy, and energy\u2011consuming processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

By contrast, Sercalia\u2019s <\/span>new kraft desiccants<\/b> are based on bentonite, a natural mineral whose production is limited to mechanical processes such as extraction, drying, and classification, without any need for chemicals or water consumption.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, <\/span>sustainable packaging <\/b>takes centre stage. The kraft paper used is biodegradable, plastic\u2011free, and sourced from FSC\u2011certified suppliers, significantly reducing the product\u2019s environmental impact.<\/span><\/p>\n
