Description<\/h3>\n
Le film extensible VCI<\/strong> coextrud\u00e9 avec le syst\u00e8me anticorrosif VCI comme adjuvant. L’additif est introduit dans la masse encore fondue lors de la phase de coextrusion du film, sublimant ensuite le plastique et assurant ainsi une protection contre la corrosion des pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques emball\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
Le film extensible VCI est produit avec des r\u00e9sines de haute qualit\u00e9 qui permettent d\u2019obtenir des caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es en termes de r\u00e9sistance. S’agissant d’un film \u00e9lastique<\/strong>, il peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 n’importe quelle forme de l’objet \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger, qu’il s’agisse de profils pointus, de t\u00f4les m\u00e9talliques ou d’objets m\u00e9talliques<\/strong> de toutes tailles.<\/p>\n
Le film extensible VCI est la solution la plus simple, pratique et \u00e9conomique adopt\u00e9e par les principaux constructeurs automobiles, le secteur de l’acier et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9tallurgiques du monde entier, afin d’\u00e9viter les dommages caus\u00e9s par la corrosion<\/strong>. Il est moins polluant et recyclable \u00e0 100%.<\/p>\n
Les 3 couches de film extensible sont divis\u00e9es en:<\/p>\n

Couche interne: garantit la protection imm\u00e9diate des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger.<\/li>\n
Couche interm\u00e9diaire: agit comme un r\u00e9servoir de mol\u00e9cules PROPATECH VCI pour la protection \u00e0 long terme. Cette couche n’entre en jeu que lorsque la couche interne est \u00e9puis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n
Couche externe: elle a la fonction de barri\u00e8re des agents atmosph\u00e9riques et de confinement de l’action protectrice. Cette couche emp\u00eache les mol\u00e9cules de PROPATECH VCI de se disperser vers l’ext\u00e9rieur, garantissant ainsi que 100% de l’efficacit\u00e9 de protection soit d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur de l’emballage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Le film extensible VCI est conforme \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation TRGS 615.<\/p>\n
