ESD BLACK CONDUCTIVE CONTAINERS

ESD boxes and ESD Conductive containers are made from rigid plastic materials impregnated with conductive fillers, such as black carbon or metal particles. In our case, carbon is used to allow the plastic to conduct electricity. The conductive materials are evenly distributed throughout the container to ensure uniform conductivity, providing a path to ground for any static charges. This uniform conductivity, with a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 Ω/m², allows static charges to move freely across the surface and be easily grounded.

These containers are designed to quickly dissipate any static charges that come into contact with them, preventing the buildup of potentially harmful static electricity. ESD conductive containers are ideal for storing and transporting electronic components in environments where static discharge is a constant risk, such as production lines for electrical products. They do not necessarily need to be used within an EPA zone, as their permanent ESD properties provide reliable protection.
