Description of Propasteel VCI

The high resistance film Propasteel VCI is a co-extrusion of polyethylene film, made with special resins that gives it a high resistance to puncture and tearing. These excellent properties make Propasteel VCI the perfect packaging for coils, tubes, sheets of sheet metal and especially in edges and sharp corners. It can be applied manually or automatically. Propasteel VCI can guarantee, in addition to high mechanical protection, an excellent protection against corrosion.

Propasteel VCI presents innovative features compared to traditional packaging used in the metallurgical or metal-mechanical sector: for example, unlike traditional laminated packaging, it is fully recyclable and allows easy sealing hermetically whenever necessary.

Propasteel VCl is also highly economical. Thanks to its low thickness and its very high resistance, its cost per square meter is highly competitive compared to the traditional packings of greater thickness and grammage. Therefore, this high strength film guarantees a performance per kg decidedly higher than other products.
