Microspheres in resins and molds

The use of hollow glass microspheres. in resins and molds, used for different applications, allows the density and concentration to be reduced. This reduction means using and consuming a much smaller amount of raw materials. Therefore, the use of microspheres also represents a decrease in the final price of the products. One of the greatest advantages of using microspheres in resins and molds, in addition to the reduction in weight and price, is the increase in compressive strength and resistance to thermal shocks.

The resins and molds with silica microspheres can be used for various applications, such as epoxy resins for floors, pavements, paints, adhesives and for orthopedic products.
